A structured mentorship program for current and future leaders creates a learning mindset, promotes personal and professional development and increases job satisfaction, and ultimately overall performance. This sponsor funded program is available at no charge to registered participants.
The Academy of Family Business provides private mentoring for our Leadership Series participants. Our participants receive the guidance and support they have been looking for from an experienced and knowledgeable mentor.

Our one-on-one mentorship programs are offered to our Leadership Series participants. It is the perfect program for leaders interested in boosting their leadership knowledge, getting help to stay motivated through challenges and receiving the guidance through career decisions.
